Presented Bachelor s thesis deals with the choice of suitable investment into a property development project in the field of recreational housing. The main goal of the thesis is to recommend how to implement the investment into the development project, based on comparing 3 variants of sales options. In its theoretical part the thesis describes the development project, its phases and financing options. The following is the analytical part of the real estate market and the analysis of a specific development project of recreational housing in the district of Třebíč, the municipality of Kozlany.
Revitalisation of rural brownfields

The School of Architecture at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Brno University of Technology is one of the few in the Czech Republic that focuses on the education of students in the field of architecture of production buildings. The studio of production buildings, i.e. buildings of industrial, agricultural or otherwise determined technologies, builds on the theoretical basis that students acquire in previous lectures and seminars in the subjects Industrial Buildings and Rural and Agricultural Buildings. Here they will acquire the necessary awareness of the classical typology of architecture for production, which should contribute to the completeness of their education in building design. However, thanks to rapid technological development, manufacturing buildings are undergoing constant transformation. Who else but universities, which educate the professionals of the future, should respond to the new stimuli. That is why new themes are emerging in theory (ecology, renewable resources, conversion, brownfields, etc.) and in studio design, reflecting the needs of contemporary society. Rural agricultural brownfields have been the subject of the last 25 years of intensive research in the Production Buildings Studio. More than 30 years after the "Velvet Revolution", the areas and buildings of the former premises of the Unified Agricultural Cooperatives are still listed in the planning documentation of municipalities as stabilized areas of agricultural production, while the reality is diametrically opposed.

This diploma thesis deals with valuation of a property that is under construction Theoretical part focuses on the terms from the real estate valuation field and real esta-te valuation methods. In the practical part I focus on valuation of chosen building by 2 ways - comparative one and one using up-to-date decree using the Delta-NEM software. In conclusion the prices obtained have been compared and evaluated.

Defines land as an object of ownership, defines terms waterworks and focuses on the institutions of the interaction of land and water works. In detail discusses mode of buffer zones, land servitudes and obligations in relation to flood protection.
Working out of land adjustment supported by computers

The target of my diploma thesis is to introduce a few particular programs, which enable the handling with land arrangement, furthermore is pointed out the comparison of their functionalities and their availability. The next substantial intention is to introduce the most appropriate procedures used for the projection of land arrangement. Last but not least, in this diploma thesis are described following programs: POZEM 7.95, TopoL 4.08, UR {--} Roupec 3.0, Printing manager for PC FAND 2.5 and Information KN 6.0. Here are also included and processed the basic theoretical knowledge about land arrangement, its historical development and furthermore the process of land arrangement with regard to the valid legislation. The graphical outputs from the particular programs, which are a part of the land arrangement proposal according to a legislation 122/2007, are attached. The outputs are several maps from the concrete land arrangement. As the optimal variation for the processing with the land arrangement I would recommend to use the program POZEM. This program is especially used at the land office as well as at the project offices, is regularly updated, has sufficient technical support and the form .dgn is commonly known. With regard to the fact, that the evidence of real estate register operates with a form .vfk, I would strongly recommend to use the program POZEM, because the programs Topol and UR-Roupec are not able to automatically convert any data in the form .vfk.
